Wow congratulations on deciding to buy a property in NYC and being financially stable enough! You work so hard and it's paying off! It will be lovely to see you with your own place to decorate and where family and friends can stay! You know you and Kelly love it there, and you may as well pay a mortgage rather than the extortionate rent!

I lived in a place similar to the first apartment and trust me after a few months it’ll feel like you’re suffocating and you’ll need a bigger space. It’s only good if you’re a minimalist

Girl you are SMART! It's so important to check all the smaller things, like water pressure, opening all the cabinets, storage etc. You literally won't know if there are huge problems until you rent/buy something, so it's definitely worth being super detailed in your tours/inspections!

The best apartment by far was apartment #6. The loft design and the way you can see it from below was gorgeous. Not to mention the lighting that Ashley mentioned. Definitely my fave. There were many that were very pretty though

this is such a big investment obviously, and im so happy youre having this sorta step in your life! i think #1, for overall aesthetic, its a good price, and is honestly so beautiful. #6 as well, its beautiful, older, and has a gorgeous view, and is slightly more spacious. #7 is obviously amazing, but maybe a little over the top? either way, i hope you get some insight into what you wanna get!! youre glowing and im so happy for you

You can buy HUGE BIG SUBURBAN homes in Queens or very beginning of Long Island. Lots of space, backyard, basements, quiet safe neighborhoods, and A short commute to the City.

That last apartment is so nice. The natural light, the old school pastel green tile in the kitchen. Like you said, the main thing it really needs is the carpet switched out for wood or tile.
