I visited New Forest Honey (The Noble Bee), a cute pop-up shop known for its amazing Heather honey made from local New Forest flowers. I reconnected with Simon, a beekeeper I met earlier, and got to sample a variety of honeys, each with its own delicious flavour.
The shop was buzzing with activity (pun intended) and had cool beeswax products like candles and adorable bug homes for solitary bees. Tasting the honeys was a treat, and I finally picked a set honey for my upcoming bike adventure.
The visit was full of surprises, including peacocks and guinea fowl strutting around, and I even learned how to spot and report invasive Asian Hornets to help protect our precious bees.
