Mike is probably the most laid back, chill dude. Reminds me of one of my best friends irl. And Rob is just a good vibe. Good combo of personalities. Contrast to MattDoesEgo, who I find to be a little over the top. More vids like this!

Mike, you are an inspiration! Since I discovered your channel I have been so motivated. I enjoy all your videos, love the no bull advice and the true lifestyle videos. All of it! I am slightly older than you, married to a beautiful wife and have a daughter and I let myself go so bad, but have been hitting the gym hard the last 4 months and its become my lifestyle too.
