500 g salmon cut into 2 fillets, each 250 g
350 ml cream
250 g cherry tomatoes
150g frozen spinach - thawed and squeezed out the liquid
if fresh spinach is available, use fresh
30 g grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil - or an oil of your choice
1 tbsp butter
add some salt and pepper to taste to taste.
