Giselle's looking through library books online, and I had an awful pain in my leg last night. It was really not fun while it was happening.

I love that itune lets me change the format. That is how I usually listen to my books it's awesome. Hope you leg is better Chris.

I get leg/ calf cramps at night a lot myself. I walk over 7.5 miles/ day for my job so I assume it's from physical exercise. People I work with say it's from potassium depletion aka eat a banana or from dehydration aka drink more water. One doc told me it was mineral depletion and to take a multi vitamin but another doc just told me to stretch before bed and honestly besides hydrating I think that's the best advice. Good luck !!

All of these things are probably good to do, tbh. Stretching, drinking more water, and incorporating multi-vitamins into your diet. (If you do the multivitamin, that would probably take care of a lack of potassium.)

7.5 miles, phew! You work for the post office right? So you're one that walks from house to house? Wow that's some pretty decent exercise! I eat a banana every day (my work has a lot of them every day for free) and I drink water all day too! Maybe I should just double it up haha. I might start taking multi vitamins again, I was for a long while but stopped because they cost a lot. Thank you!

I honestly think I do need to stretch more. I barely do it at all, and I'm sure it'd help!

Yep- that's me trudging along in all kinds of weather. Too much exercise is no good either as my joints can tell you. I've always got some issue going on. I'm also almost 52 so I ain't no spring chicken as they say. That's why I crack up when you guys talk about how young you are.😸Hope the stretching helps!!

The leg cramps could be from the exercise but it can also be from dehydration or a lack of potassium or calcium. Try a multivitamin and drinking more water. :)

Was the pain in your leg a muscle spasm? Could be from working out hard a lot.

Possibly! It was super intense and lasted for longer than it ever has before. Really freaked both Giselle and I out. I'm gonna keep working out but I'm gonna try stretching more!

We're going to fill out the RSVP pre-registration form but it's pretty unlikely we'll be able to afford the trip, unfortunately. I would really like to, so we'll see!

Dear Chris, go to the Doctor and get yourself checked for muscular dystrophia. Maybe is nothing but is worth chequing with your Doctor in your annual check up.

I honestly just need to go to the doctor in general, to get all of me checked out...I haven't been at least 6 years, maybe more? I should probably see if there's anything wrong with me...

I hope your leg doesn't cramp up again. Perhaps you've been exerting yourself too much. I wish 8:30 was considered sleeping in, I don't have that kind of early morning discipline.

Maybe...I hope not though. Doing regular exercise feels like the bare minimum I could be doing, so I hope my body isn't already rebelling against it :P I wish that I could sleep past 8:30 on a daily basis. It would make daily life easier I think haha
