Great view, I do not need a TV too but maybe a great zoom digital camera but why SG have a bomb shelter?? If I win in Lotto I want this unit - love it soo much. The space of master bed is too small for a bed facing the sea then can sleep in the bath tub or sleep on the balcony lol

The prettiest presenter with one of the best views of Sentosa! Awesome but will suggest to do some price and value comparisons with surrounding properties. And also maybe put into some virtual furniture for viewers to image how it is when furnished. Also can go during sunset to improve sellability! If u start the video showing a swim in the private pool facing the sea, I am sure the hits will increase exponentially!

I don't know about others I have met lots of agents but the way most of them present the house is good, but is soo fake ..this lady here she is sooo real with a great personality ..to some of u guys might feel she is not professional enough but this is a kind person will go far in this line..u don't have to put a mask and fake yourself, is better to be yourself, which is the best version of yourself

seem like this penthouse either not.sold or previous owner done very little reno. i love this apt except masterbedroom way too small. Living room seem abit small for a penthouse unit that probably cost tens of millions.

Wtf all buildings everywhere have a landed spot under them. They are never hanging in the air. Perhaps only in Singapore. The condo area is too crowded. You have no privacy. Seaviews are excellent however you do not swim in the Singapore straits. These waters are too polluted. Pool is safer. Singaporeans and local expats work all the time. They have no use for yachts. Life is short but people forget that. Singapore and Malaysia have a custom built climate for motor cycling, boating, swimming and diving. Singaporeans have built a great city and economy. Only a fool would try to deny that.

U looked like u didn't do your homework, not professional N dun brother to reshoot the video or edit out.. "find the Refrigerator".. "probably a private pool".. "shared lift", "not supposed to see this..".. ..could have easily edit these out..

Its an objective opinion. Can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Dun be on social media if u can't stand criticism. Instead of blindly supporting her, give her objective views so that she can do better. "Probably a private pool.. not supposed to see this.." does this sound professional? Sounds like one that's done her homework? Are my comments unfair? Isnt these easily edited out and replaced with reshoot? (No need spielberg to know this.). She sounds and behaves like a part timer during school holidays rather than a professional.

My opinion are my own and i didn't attack her personally (appearance etc), no use of indecent language and everything i pointed out are factual based on the video. I honesty thinks its bad. Tats tat. Its your opinion that u think i have to chill out and its my opinion that u have low standards.

1: You did not list how much square feet and the pricing the house is 2: Did not show which school the area is offering , nearest or how long it takes to drive to town/mrt/airport 3: Why are you wasting so much time to walk around talking about other people’s car or houses? I know u want show the facilities surrounding of the house ,I suggest u could do a fast-forward short clip instead of dragging. 4: Could do your homework about the three island names at 4:50 before u flim the whole thing 5: Your targeting rich atas businessman and not targeting typical adult Singaporean.They mind how the way you portrait and everything . 6: at 11:51 and 13:00 you could edited out .Your not doing a comedy show .At 11:36 you could show a digitalise what it could looks like instead of thinking what u should say I am just a typical Singaporean who enjoys watching propertylimbrother video but this is my first time watching your video after few seconds of watching it I feel like closing it . If you can’t capture a local Singaporean to watch ,how could u attract a businessman stay throughout this entire video? I suggest go watch tons of propertylimbrother to make your video better ...

Totally disagree with you. Propertylim videos are full of abrupt cuts every few seconds that it feels so disjointed. Janys video doesn't have those. It's done in a candid manner - really enjoy it!

It's a tour of a property and it's on KZfaq. Most who are watching just wanna see the inside of the apartment not buy it. I watch KZfaq to be entertained not sold to. Stop being so serious. If you're interested in buying it, just privately contact them for more info and stop whining..... Property Lim is cliche and boring....
