I lived in the Philippines, including this area since 2001 until late 2023 before finally returning to the USA. I loved this video and it brought back so many memories to me. Post more videos just like this. Boy do I miss the kids....thank you for sharing.

What particularly impresses out is that, despite their poverty, the folks seem to be incredibly happy. I've seen this in many other regions of the world. Perhaps we in the so-called first world have gotten it wrong. Great video:)

The government should help the local people with bins to keep rubbish clean from the sea shore..looks a lovely place to visit..great video..

Yeah, that's what I've been thinking. Provide trash bins to that area so that people can pick-up all those rubbish and throw onto that bin.

Its not a sad reality. These people are some of the most happy and contented people you will meet. Westerners always put the emphasis on wealth. There is more to life than personal assets.

I know they do a regular clean-up of the trash, but I can’t say if they do it consistently. Though people there are nice, very Filipino.

I have another comment for you. You spoke only a few times in this video, at least so far and you spoke to them in their language. But you just pasted a little girl who came out of her house and said "Hello" to you and waved to you. Why are you not talking to the Kids and giving them a High Five? You need to speak to those kids in English as they need to practice their English. It builds confidence in the children to be recognized and spoken to and you are missing so many chances to talk to people. It's the people of the Philippines that is what makes the Philippines so special. Especially the Children who are so precious and friendly and want to talk and be talked to.

I believe he minimizes his interaction with the kids because, as with his previous upload, KZfaq banned the comments feature due to excessive interaction with children. KZfaq should not tighten its hold on user engagement; what is wrong with KZfaq? However, if the topic is sexually connected, it is OK to disable the comments. Just my thought.

Masaya palang manirahan dyan sa Miranda, mababait ang mga residente, simpleng lugar, malapit sa dagat kaya presko ang hangin. madaming bata na naglalaro.. at naliligo sa dagat. simple life is just enough para maging masaya.
