Hunter (Duran Fulton Brown) follows Ren (Outlander's Sophie Skelton) to her village as the spirit starts to take hold, but before he can persuade her to leave with him her father Dagron (Nick Cornwall) returns.
Ren: The Girl with the Mark is an independent fantasy action series directed by Kate Madison (Born of Hope). This is Episode 3 of 5.
Our series is the tale of a young woman who, after a strange encounter in the woods, is marked by an ancient spirit. Cast out from her small village, she is forced to leave behind the family she has spent her whole life protecting and journey across the land to find the real meaning behind the mark she bears.

OK...officially a huge fan by the end of this episode. It has so much potential written in it and that cliffhanger has me eagerly awaiting the next episode with great impatience! It's one of the best shows I have seen out there! I just wish it wasn't so short...I am loving it that much!

My only issue with this series is that the episodes aren't longer. Other than that I Love it all, and I think Hunter is going on the list of male characters that inspire my own. His grin when he fights, adore it (Totally not crushing or anything.)

Absolutely stunning. Everything in this world is so beautiful! The mark is gorgeous. I must compliment the actor for Baynon, he is such a talent for being so young. Best moments for me are: 2:19 - 3:05 , 7:05 - 7:25 and 8:35 - 8.45

He did a fine job for sure. And the actor is now involved on the set of Season 2 - sadly not in a role, as he’s now 19 and considerably taller!

Great episode! This is a good web series. The cast, plot and special effects are all amazing. I look forward to seeing Ren and Hunter's relationship grow as the series continues. Ren's father was such a selfish jerk to betray her!

I saw this on Prime as season 1 with them all together. They did not have anything else so I came to KZfaq to see if there was more. I really love it. I am hoping Amazon helps pick it now that it is on Prime. I have been wanting see something unique and this is it.

+Rad¡o Head I hope so! Actually Elgarain (her character in Born of Hope) was my favourite character in the movie and when I went on Wikipedia to check who was the actress playing Elgarain I discovered she was also the mastermind behind the whole movie... Amazingly talented people...

However, I really would like to take on a role in later seasons so help spread the word, and generate support so we can do more in this fantastic world.

That was so awesome!!! You guys are amazing!!!!!!!!!! I loved the broom fight! That was awesome. :-) Although, I was a little confused in the first episode. Why are books bad? Like...when her dad finds her sketch book he says, "What makes you think you can bring a book in here?" Why are books evil?

Er mr grsh! I love dis! I like it, I like it a lot. seriously though, you should get some tv gig sometime, maybe even direct a full-length movie. of course, if your anything like me, you got it all mostly planned out in your head already. By the way, if this comment isn't long enough yet, great work on evrything! I enjoyed the detail in the cgi for the Hunt for Gollum/BoH(think u know wat BoH is in this case), but the cgi in this is of great great expertise! Also, the actors do an excellent job. The story always seems to have a realistic side with it while keeping the unique fantasy twist. very intriguing story, can't wait for the next one, especially not after dat cliffhanger, and keep making great videos! :D

I have a feeling the Kah'Nath are not what they seem. Hunter's companion is a Marked One, yet she doesn't seem evil in any way. Perhaps the Mari Spirits are peaceful in some way. Am loving this series. I just wish the episodes were longer and there were more of them! I was looking for something to replace Merlin. I found it! You really should try and approach a major TV channel with this. Maybe the BBC? As soon as I can, I'll donate for season 2! I'm now inspired to try and take up the reins of my fantasy novel again!

Rivka Ray I thought the exact same thing. Had 2 go back n listen 2 it again 2 c. My 1st thought was, 'I wonder wat he does 2 his guys 4 being marked?' But since they r'nt, then that potentially gr8 thread of an idea just crumbled. Too bad, would have liked 2 c where that would have lead.
