Might be niche but I noticed if you go into vagabond L after standing mk (don’t buffer, just do it after) it kinda auto spaces it to the -3 range as long as you aren’t doing stand mk close. I’ve gotten some counter hits doing that but honestly idk about it either

honestly, the only other change I could have asked for was a bit more advantage on hit for her sliding kick command normal. I feel like you dont get much off of it even with counter. Linking cr. light normal is not always the easiest on reaction.

I have a question. I find it harder to the the Ex CG after cannister xplosion off the throw in the corner. it seems like it got more difficult after the patch. or am i just bad? i cant get it to consistantly work. the character wont pop high enough and the grab will whiff

I think her elbow buff coincides with her like kick increased range. I think you can buffer elbow after lk and the elbow won't whiff

as you get in your mid 30's you will realise yur pad was destroying your hand, especially for charge characters, when yu hit yur 40's you will be glad you switched to hitbox/arcade stick. In my 40's now and my friends who didnt switch complain about pains in their hands, those who are still able to play that is.

Thought you dumped Kim. She is just fun to play. Having a reversal option makes the character feel so much better. I think she is better than were where she was at, but just lacks damage. When the skill level are close, kim has to guess right many more times in a row. I dont think theyre looking to make her a tournament beast.

We waited a year for this joke of a balance patch and Capcom still doesn't give a shit about actually balancing or making their game better. They just care about braindead overbearing system mechanics and homogenizing the whole cast. Still broken throw loops and easily fixable horrific balance between characters. All these greedy bastards care about is overpriced microtransactions and cheap soulless collab content. They will always take the laziest cheapest rout possible and will do the bare minimum at most when it comes to actually making their game better. I can see why this games player base is fallen off massively since launch and can only hope that will continue for years to come. Maybe all those people realized how hollow and homogenized the game truly is. Hurting these companies profits and making our voices heard is the only way these games will ever change for the better. Glad I never wasted my money on this game. Its the same trash as most other modern FG on the market today and things are only going to get worse because these companies know they can keep exploiting their blind fans more and more without any consequences. This new era of FG is an absolute joke. There is no true skill or nuance in these games anymore just appealing to ultra casuals and people who don't give a shit about FG's.

Man. Kim is so fun bue sadly her skins are terrible. The third on and the default one are awful. The second one is ok at best OPINION ZONE. OPINIONS ARE ALLOWED HERE

So I'm by no stretch a high-level player, but I feel like Kim EX air grab is super underrated as an anti-air. EX air grab is just the go-to combo option anyways, so it of course leads to all the oki setups you get off of your BNBs. The hitbox also randomly has a humongous disjoint so you beat pretty much any air option the opponent does so long as you don't do it too late. I've used it to beat Dee Jay bazooka knee clean, that should tell you how disjointed it is. Far as I'm concerned Kim basically has Guilty Gear airthrow with combo options and nobody is doing it. What am I missing here?
