@ronaldwestbeal2269 it's because most players start from day one dlc release and so they are already at end game content by the time average people join in.. there is a bit of a divide where you're stuck soloing everything when you're paying to play in a multiplayer setting. And even if you do get a lvl 70 boost, you still need to go through all the campaign and renown unlocks etc.

It would require more crest to upgrade but technically a +8 key is on the mythic track from the vault so if you can’t get 10s done then you would wanna get 8s done

16:10 From experience, what often happens is unlucky drops/vaults and that player's preferred spec relies heavily on their 4 piece, like Elemental Shaman, in order for it to feel worth playing. Two piece bonuses are fine for a lot of specs, but not all. I'd wait for a week or two before using Veteran gear just for a tier set bonus, but after that, might as well and just eat the cost. Set bonus often trumps item level.

I'm a returning player and have been playing for around 3 weeks now, since mop. I just played 4 hours of s4 and went from a 450 to 500ilvl on 2 characters. I also got 2 head pieces and 2 leg pieces on my hunter and still geared pretty fast, however I feel no need to keep gearing because handing out free gear isn't why I play this game. I play it to play with other people and maybe I can get lucky and win a roll on gear (not the other way around) I'll be back for the war within, no need for me to stick around wasting my time. I hope you guys enjoy the rest of the season

You can skip drake crests if you go straight to running +7s for gear

how do you get or even trade up to aspects, they hijacked them on reset yesterday and gave gold instead and removed the dream zone vendors, so no way to convert welp, dream, wyrm crests either .. even the vault, if you chose aspect tokens, it gave gold not crests (that pissed me off too, bc I did not know passing on gear and choose crest token was going to just be gold)

I cannot stand the loot system in raids. Is it too much to just drop 5 more pieces of gear per raid? I mean 10 people rolling on one or 2 pieces seems corrupt to me.

441 ilvl for heroics? I can’t even get into a normal raid at 485 ilvl. When I ask why I get booted it’s because “ilvl to low. We ain’t trying to carry you” 😒
