This has to be a clone of Soap created by Konni considering the Season 4 Teaser Trailer showed a strand of DNA. That is really the only way to still say that the actual Soap is dead without ruining the story even further. Just my guess at it. Edit: If that's case then that would mean military technology is rapidly advancing in the universe already to what we see in Black Ops II.
