Agree. And I'm glad the writing has improved since season 4 compared to the first 3 seasons, in my opinion. All that drama with Sam, Rebecca and Wes was good and intriguing but also very misleading at times. This last two seasons have been keeping that tension we like about the show, spreading little previews from next storylines (Gabriel killing someone, Michaela's biological father) without coming undone and ending in a convincing but mind-blowing finale.

But then when she was on the phone with Annalise, I was like "Nooooooooo she helped Laurel's family kill him. . . did she? Is that why she had that look on her face when she walked out the office !? Omg was she in on it? Did they threaten her?? . . . no she's innocent, she had no clue. . . or did she?" These are all normal thoughts that continuously go through my mind during the final 5 minutes of this show every week.

I was thinking the same thing. She's a mother now and although she loves them and they're her family, Christopher is her number one priority. She can't raise a child in that type of mess and chaos. It's possible she was taken but I wouldn't be surprised if she just booked it.

I mean Laurel realizing she might have a miscarriage, Annalise saving the physical baby telling him to "Live. Live. Live". The only others I'd switch is 2x09 and 5x15. Overall pretty good rankings! :)

If this show gets a 22 episode it will ruined the arc and plot. The less the epsidoe the more intense the arc of the season is. Dragging a show for a full 22 episode kills the entire season. It will look slow storytelling, less mystery, repeating stuff etc. So 15 or at least 16 is fine.

Regina Phalange that’s a good point. They might still have a sibling bond, it seeing as though he killed his own mother or seemingly tortured her and mangled her head, I wouldn’t be to sure. I also feel like Connor may have helped Laurel if she really did disappear. Reason being, how did they get in the house to take the baby and Connor was holding the baby cam as if he was ready to act surprised. Maybe not though, I doubt he would hide this from everyone.

Tegan just hasn’t seen what Annalise has seen, and if Annalise had the money the Castillo’s have, truth is, she might be just like them. No one can become a billionaire and not have done some dirty work or have had someone to do it for them. Annalise has her own hitman in Frank, who has strangled a girl cold, beaten people senseless and can snap peoples necks with ease. She even hired a hitman of her own to off Frank because she was so scared of his potential to destroy her. She’s low-key of the same Caliber as the Castillo’s because normal people don’t know a damn thing about hiring a hitman let alone getting in contact with one. Annalise and Jorge are on the same spectrum, and given time her and everyone around her will turn into murderers. Tegan isn’t accustomed to what the K5 and Annalise get themselves into, which is why she is afraid of the Castillo’s as she should be. Annalise on the other hand, walked up on Laurels brother like a thug and even stepped to him as if he wouldn’t dare touch her. Because I’m sure someone capable of scalping their mother can kill two women easily. I think if HTGAWM continues, they will have to turn these characters darker. By turning them into high-profile clever killers, it makes the story even more interesting because we as the viewers are still hanging on to their innocence and hope that they get away with murder. This show has become about the destruction of innocence which makes it so interesting, because now Nate has beaten an innocent man who was trying to help him, and Bonnie though not innocent, has killed another man. It will be really captivating to see how far Tegan will go to show her affection for Annalise, because she has already slept with someone simply to buy Annalise time.

I think she poisoned Emmett, although he looked to still be alive. Tegan is afraid of the Castillos and since Xavier is working with the Governor to pin NateSr's death on Emmett, it would make sense for Tegan to kill Emmett on Xavier's orders. They can make it look like a suicide. Also, they don't want Emmett to be the DA since he can't be bought.

You can tell from the phone call that she didn't poison him. She could have just left him in prison. She just got gin from her office, to go drink with him. It must be the Castillo's

i always thought that one of them was her kid prior to Sam. it would explain why she was broken when she lost their child & her attempt to adopt Wes because she gave her own child up for adoption & i believe that Annalise is in on the Laurel/Christopher disappearing. what better why then to go after him for the kidnappign of his sister & nephew?

Hannah Young You’re right to always suspect everyone and everything because anything’s possible on this show and nobody’s innocent. What you said about one of them being Annalise’s child before she met Sam, I always thought it could have been Wes after 2x09 but he was like her son and she tried to adopt as we found out this season. As for what we found out about Michaela’s birth father, ‘Dwight’ and that Annalise knew him, I wonder if perhaps Annalise is somehow connected/related to Michaela or if there’s a chance Michaela could be her child, but remember Michaela said her birth mother was killed by her father, didn’t she? Unless, she was only lead to believe that that woman who was killed was her birth mother.

Fuck yeah. This show's writers always knows how to create suspense and keep the audience guessing for hours. Its writers knows how to hide the mole who is working for the killer real well. The mole serves a dual purpose: serves as a distraction or decoy for the protagonist by feeding lies or half truths and also serves as an ally(willing or unwilling) to the antagonist.
