The crazy framer, not the stupid framer. So relieved to see the tie off. When I was an ironworker I would sometimes have to go without, but it was much safer than framing plus I used to keep refrigerator magnets under the soles in my boots that helped me stick to the beams better. Be safe men!

Like seeing you working with others. I feel like a 2 man crew can easily do the work of 3 people working alone. You're communication is great and to the point. I bet you'll run crews and young bucks will be honored to work for you. Seems like I run around a bit faster and try harder when alone but I can't deny the amount of stuff you can get done with a little help from the right people!

Idk if those staplers have rafter hooks but I feel like it would make you even MORE productive by keeping the gun on your bags so you don’t have to hand drive a couple tacker nails instead you could just replace those nails with an immediate and quick staple right on your line, then make sure your sheathing is on the line for the next truss and boom time saved but I mean... I would never buy a home so close to another. With those roof pitches, rain will pour down between each house. I hope at least they put on 6" gutters and manage to divert the water on the ground. A sealed foundation would have been nice.
