Not sure why Blizzard keeps tinkering with the layering system when it worked fine in the past. Was out questing, named quest mob at 20%, suddenly layered to a fresh camp surrounded by the enemies I had just cleared and the named mob respawns at full hp. I die.

They're tinkering with it to lessen the load on their servers, since layers get created automatically when needed now instead of always having X amount of layers I do wish they made it work a little better though

This happened to me twice, in less then 5 mins, in Thousand Needles. And, instead of rez at the GY feet away from me, I got ported as far away from my body as possible. Pretty much stopped playing now. Just tired of this (forced layering) happening to me day after day after day in every GD zone.

If Azamous was being serious and not satirical, I'd say this is like someone marveling that the sky is blue and rocks are hard. Blizzard is lag, blizzard is antibalance, blizzard only needs 1 persons to cover quality control, game mastering, and testing (1 for all 3). GG

@@DropDTuning yea, he got layered. He was moved to a different layer and in that layer, guess what? There is a full group doing nothing waiting for u haha Happened in open world pvp, 3 times in a row, because I was alone. If you are alone, you are in a big LAYER mess.

To explain why it was a lagfest and why there were layering issues: Read the Blue Post Blizzard posted about a week ago. Something to do with that old tech they're using but it's since been fixed with multiple hotfixes and server shutdowns

The reason its gotten worse, is because the first weeks, people are leveling. The more people who hit 40, the more will join the event. Hence why all these problems are occuring now. It will only get even more worse if blizz doesn't fix this asap

Man I wish I was recording yesterday it was wayyyy worse. I some how rezzed and it was so laggy I has the 200% ghost movement speed buff for probably like 5 minutes.

STV has been some of the most fun I’ve had in WoW PvP But I form my own groups with a strong comp, get everyone on discord, coordinate rezzes/strat/etc, get them to STV early to avoid layering issues. And I haven’t had any lag/desync issues (playing US Crusader Strike, not sure if relevant)

Just wait until you realise you can bank the bloodstained accomidations (250 honor / 25 copper coins) and technically bank your R14 by just doing bloodmoon right now. 304k copper coins for R5>R14.

@ What makes you think they will disable a PVP solution to a PVP goal? Effectively killing the longevity of this, pretty well albiet mixed recieved, PVP event. I'm getting 800-1200 coins per event which is equivalent to 16k-24k honor/hour

i was looking forwarrd so SOD af, and got burned out completely during p1, taking a break now and it seems rightfully so... SOD feels like retail when it comes to "urgency" of hitting max lvl to do the "relevant" end game stuff unlike classic, maybe that will change once we get to 60 i dunno, but even if i comtinue to play i pretty much skip this "phase" content so to speak which is active only for few months

Tbh, I’m not a hardcore player by any means, but at the moment I have everything I need. I have a gnomer set, got an epic weapon from stv event, got maxed profs. Don’t care about mount, never gonna participate in this layer shitfest again. I’m taking a break till p3. Literally nothing to do but grinding gold.

Every time I TRY BLOOD MOON all I see for MILES is people running in place until I GET KICKED BECAUSE APPARENTLY THE WORLD SERVER IS CONVENIENTLY DOWN WHEN I WANT TO DO IT, only to log back in and have to go through a phase where wow claims another character already has my name until a second attempt logs me back in, . . . To the same situation. Small indie company ig. I can’t even get my blood harvest blade :(

The problem is not the lagg anymore ore the layering they must give a chest for healers for each event. Is so dumb impossible find healer as alliance and that you get epic in 1 fight is a joke aswell 😂

THIS NEED TO REMOVE THE MOBS! have it so all the animals and shit are scared and Run offf ! having everyone clump into one area is insanely stupid. Its a huge map ! lets take advantage of it ! dont punish people for not dying, reward them for living longer! have supply creates drop in areas, that can force people to eachother. Dont have the boss have any bonus' for being near him. Let it be designed to push you towards other players ! Small team skirmishes is what they were after. this is just a cluster fuck

Should be a system where when a player is engaged in combat with another player the other players not to be able to attack them. Party's should not be allowed as well. Like this is just dog shit.
