Great video 👏😀 That's an awesome site, all the basics. Good security is a plus. Very important that you feel comfy and safe!! Home from home I see, esp with such a fantastic awning, and that couch - Wow! Money well spent. ...I have lots of warm fuzzy priceless memories as a kid of caravan hols (Goodrington, Torbay.) Owned my own for a while and even lived in a rented one once here in Palmerston North, NZ when I moved back here after 10 years in Australia. Glorious simple cosy lifestyle - pitter patter rain on the roof - love it!. ...Aww Harold bless him ...RIP 😇🌈❤

It really is a lovely place to spend my free time. Bonus is definitely just being able to leave everything set up for the season. Like you, we always caravanned as a family...so many of us squeezing into such a small space 🤣🤣 but as kids we never complained, just loved our holidays ❤️

same with us 6 caravans on site (toilet block shower washing machine and drier ) very rural £850 per season based near aberdaron (6 miles away) lots of quiet beaches and nice walks views are beautiful but when it rains it really rains! we moved down here from a site in Snowdonia - cant beat this life - like the video by the way so keep up the good work!

@michaelglover9354 Aberdaron is lovely, I often go there. You can't beat the basic sites definitely good value for money. Oh I know all about the rain lol, still id rather be at the caravan in the rain than at home 😀

Hello there. That was great. Your caravan might not be new but it's your baby. It looks lovely. The awning is huge, you have a great set up. I think you live in England now. You’ve mentioned your holidays with the girls to Snowdonia. Did you ever live in Wales. I can't tell your accent at all😁 Nice to listen as you enjoy a big coffee. I think it's a beautiful little place there. No idiots and everyone looks out for each other. I wild camped on Llyn y Fan Fach Thursday night, it rained😁 Went back Sat to finish up, it rained😁 keep sharing, you do well and are so easy to listen to❤👋

@JamieHarding5 Haha a few people think im from Yorkshire, maybe a twang of it from my Dad. I live in Southport and have never lived in Wales but been going there my whole life. Just trying my best to actually speak Welsh but struggling 🤣. Glad you enjoyed me waffling on again 😄

What a lovely set up, your caravan and awning are like a home away from home. We’ve got a seasonal pitch on the East Coast of Yorkshire, our first caravan. We pay £2500 for 8 months So far we’re liking it. It’s a small site, well looked after but we’re not allowed to leave our awning up if no one is in the van, so that’s a down side. We stayed in Aberdaron when we had our motorhome, it’s a lovely part of the world.
@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment16 күн бұрын
@gailh3048 we are really lucky in that we can leave the awnings up, wouldn't fancy putting it up everytime I go lol. We all look out for each other too so if anyone's awning needs sorting when the owners not there we sort it. Aberdaron is lovely 😊

My what big ears your rabbit's got, I wonder why rabbits have such big ears when they live underground? A nice sun set, thanks.

Thanks Carol, I still don't know why rabbits have big ears unless it's to listen out for ferrets in their burrows?
@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment20 күн бұрын
@philfletcher3434 rabbits use their ears to regulate their body temperature, hence why rabbits native to warmer climates have bigger ears. See you've learnt something now if its ever asked in a pub quiz 🤣

Big ears to listen out for those foxes, I guess.

We are looking to invest in a tourer , but finding it hard to find a seasonal pitch some are charging 4,000 pounds , Crazy prices . Lovely set up you have there . !!!!
@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment19 күн бұрын
@carrick16100 You'll find the bigger sites or sites in popular locations do charge more. Try looking for more rural, smaller sites if they are suitable for you, they do tend to be a lot cheaper. Good luck hope you find somewhere 😊
@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment19 күн бұрын
@@carrick16100 have you looked at the club sites with the camping and caravanning club or motorhome club. Some of those are quite reasonable.
