And there’s walking to downtown with only a couple blocks hitting the notorious 3rd street with beggars and homeless

Nice place! I used to live in an apartment in the market area, that was easy to get to, when the market was open, but a little harder when it was closed. This was many, many years, ago, but I loved that place!

Ah, I had a feeling it wasn't going to be inexpensive, with all of the preliminaries, about the access to various businesses, especially the furniture store. ;-D Hm, I have a feeling there's no access to parking, let alone secure parking (likely expensive)? ;-)

Oh, so glad that 99 is gone. I looked at condos years ago that had a great urban or loft vibe, but there's no way I could live with that highway out side the window.

I noticed that this was not shot as a real estate video showing the apartment. It is totally oblivious to the fact it is a real estate sales video. They don't have the wide angle lens that can show you the room dimensions.

There's a full size dishwasher, but no stove? Without a stove you're not going to need a full size dishwasher.

Pike place market has been known to be haunted in the buildings dont get an apartment there, move somewhere else downtown

I can't get over how you say 600 sq feet is large and generous. Sorry, it is not. You can live in it as a single person, but it is tight for one person, and once you add another person, it is just too darn small. I don't care how tall the ceiling is, it still is too darn small for 2.

I made the comment in the context of "studio-size condos around Pike Place Market," which tend to be between 300 and 500 sqft. By that standard, this is quite a large space for a studio. Thank you for watching our videos! :)
