I've been told on numerous KZfaq videos that Seattle natives don't use umbrellas, just thick rain jackets or whatever. Yet, any time I see an actual video of Seattle when it's raining, I see lots of umbrellas!

Been watching your videos for a while now and decided to try my hand at it, in an inexpensive way, alllll the way over on the East Coast in Philadelphia, PA. Maybe some advice. Steadying cam? Hard to do on a budget... Anyway, thank you for your inspiration! I've visited Seattle and love it there. Philadelphia has a fairly large downtown area, compact.
