Every time I watch your videos, it makes me sad, since I grew up in Seattle, and had to move to So Cal, when I was 15. If it was up to me, I would have stayed in Seattle, but my dad found a job in So Cal, after working at Boeing for 5 years, and took his family of 9 children and moved us to So Cal!!!

May my videos make you happy, not sad. 😉

Thank you for uploading, Dennis-san❣️ I visited Seattle and stayed at Panama Hotel for 5nights for the first time in 14years this April. I enjoyed the atmosphere and nice tea, and learning about the history of that area again. Now I miss ID area sooooo much!!!! (I can't go there again for a while because Japanese yen is still getting weaker and weaker...🤣) I look forward to more of your videos😊

I visited Seattle last weekend and the 2 places I chose to eat at in the international district was Fuji and Meet Fresh. First time eating taro balls and grass jelly! Yummy!

Most of the Bartell Drugs are closing. Rite Aid killed it. The one by the train station was the first to close due to crime in the area. They closed the one above Met Market in Lower Queen Anne. The closed the one on Mercer in SLU and also the one on 4th Avenue. Not sure if anything will survive.

Hi Danie! Thanks for the videos! I will be in Seattle and will arrive at King Street Station around 8 PM-ish. My hotel will be at CitizenM ( Alaskan and Yesler, across the Ferry Station ). Is it safe to walk from the train station to the hotel at night ? It is about 0.5 mile. Thanks!!!

I explored much of this area on my last trip to seattle except the park you started at. Thanks for going to oakland I have lived most my life in the town and yes it can be intense especially these days but it still very dear to me and i am planing on staying you presented the town in a fair light so much of the looks at are how bad it is and they show the worst and not any of the good. It funny i have walked third and pioneer and yes i saw how it was and it not the greatest i have seen but not that bad to me. Seattle reminds me of the bay area just with less people so not as intense. It wierd when i first went to pioneer square it had the look of some of the more intense places in san francisco but it was way mellower but i was ready for war and did not have to be I really like seattle and the surrounding area i have seen
