This was a nice little build. It seems like you're figuring out some of the tricks to apartment building. The only other thing I'd add is maybe put some curtains in the NPC units so they don't appear dark all day long.

I've been an avid Sims 2 player for the past few years (again! lol) but every time I watch you build, it makes me want to redownload my Sims 3 game so I can build too!! In fact, I just might do that so I can be prepared for when Plymouth Isle is ready to download! You're an inspiration Josh!! So talented; keep up the amazing work!!! 💜💜

You should renovate houses in sunset valley.

It would be a nice idea to build a short of 'haunted' house in plymouth isle.Since its an island there should be 64x64 'run down' mansion thats cut of from the rest of the community.No new resident will know who owns it and only people who will will be the native elders.And only rumors,nothing more.Maybe a witch house,with secret rooms like the chemistry,alchemy,collectors rooms and what not.I think that a little mystery would fit nicely in this neat town ❤️

I downloaded this apartment it's beautiful! One thing you should know is the mailbox is trapped in one of the neighbors apartments balconies and cannot be accessed by anyone living here. If you download this lot you will need a sheet to move it to an area that can be accessed by your sim.

Thank you! I wasn't sure if I should rebuy late night, especially since I have bad memories around building apartments. I remember when it came out, I was so mad that you couldn't build the apartments the same way you could in Sims 2 and now that I went back to Sims 2 and had build a super huge and laggy apartment building I just thought "maybe Sims 3 was right with the fake apartments" 😂

Where did u get that kids bed over the desk? Does the desk work? Do you need the move objects cheat to place that? Also can sims sit on those sofas over the coffee table?

build mode in the sims 3 was *so* good, it's a shame I refused to play it because of the awful sims designs. I absolutely hated the sims 3 cas mode
