I think you pretty much took the right things, except I would take Creeper instead of Dolphin, he can pretty much screw them up badly with a well placed sneak attack. Honorable mention: Zombie pigmen, you just attack them and if they attack back the whole crowd will fight back. he can choose mobs multiple times, so he could screw their nether up.

Honorable mention 2: Ender Dragon, you can destroy the entire island so when they respawn they can't get to you, you can kill people easier, and you can be in a permanent perch state the only con is that you can only have 2 other picks

video idea: 2 hunters vs 2 runners but if you throw an enderpearl a RANDOM person gets teleported (could be your teammate, you, or the hunters ) every one has 32 enderpearls at start

Shortcut tip: If you are trying to turn all of your wood logs into planks, you can simply press shift + left click on the planks you want to craft, and it will automatically create the max amount of planks you can create. Hope this helps!
