Sebastian Maniscalco and Bill Maher chop it up about Sebastian getting an early gig with Bill, Sebastian’s career anxiety, Sebastian’s old school love of the Rat Pack, the genius of Steve Wynn, the information fairy, the danger of standing beside a window in Russia, the word you can’t say, and whether Bill ever encountered the Mob in Vegas.

He has tradition Italian-American family values. He knows he's in a business. I'm sure he's seen a bunch of talented people who are busy burning themselves out. He's not that guy. He was raised to be a good boy. That's why he's appalled at how some people act, and that's part of his act. He's worked a long time to get where he is. So now the key is to maintain what he's got. Bravo. He is no doubt a good son, a good brother, and is trying to be a good family man. I like him even more.

Bill is an idiot. I was working at a comedy club in Chicago when Maher came through to headline in the early 90s and he was the biggest pos in the world, and this was before Politically Incorrect. He was as insanely rude as imaginary me to literally every single person there. It was astounding.

I am Sebastian -- at least the guy on stage. He and I have the same thoughts. I always loved the guy. One of the best. But holy hell, my boy is boring off stage. The last special was sloppy. Lazy. Off. I think one of the best guests on Billy's Podcast was Rob Schneider. Rob is truly a fun guy. How can so many of these guys go to Billy's house and not have a drink and a smoke? They just sit there like boring humps....
