A bright ambience and market-fresh ingredients await you at this charming eatery. Located along the Old Port Royale promenade, this friendly spot offers family-style dishes.
Your meal begins with delicious Buttery House-Baked Pull-Apart Rolls served with Guava Butter and Caramelized Onion Jam. Enjoy a salad appetizer of mixed greens, spiced candied walnuts, grilled pineapple and more before you indulge in the main course-Taste of the Caribbean. This delectable dish lets you savor a selection of favorite recipes, including Oven-Roasted Citrus Chicken, Slow-Cooked Mojo Pork and Grilled Flank Steak, accompanied by Cilantro Rice and Beans, Vegetable Curry and Grilled Broccolini.

My favorite salad is salad leaves, candied walnuts, blue cheese, and salad cream. That food looked very good and a GREAT price for Disney! The rolls looked like Croissants. And thanks for showing us the rain. Those raindrops bouncing off your head, lol.

I really loved this episode! I laughed when you made a pork sandwich with the butter roll because I like it when you try new things and laughed when you shared your bus ride and walked to the car, mainly because you still stayed high-spirited in spite of the super uncomfortable rain and felt we were laughing together. This episode is one of my favorites because it was non-alcoholic, and since I don't drink, I can get a review of drinks I might try. Thank you for all you do!

We went to Sebastian’s the night we arrived to WDW for our honeymoon in 2018. We had the dining plan. My husband had the flank steak and I had a whole fried fish. We had great drinks and the most amazing server named Belle. We hope they keep this format and can’t wait to go back with our son Sebastian one day. ☺️

I know that feeling of walking in the rain at Hollywood studios. A few years ago when the skyliner was under construction. My dad and I walked from the park to the temporary bus stop for our Shades bus. It was raining so hard it hurt. Lol, we will never forget that night. 😁

Looks good, but I’m kind of surprised that Sebastion’s has no seafood on the platter unless you get the up charge shrimp. Then again, I guess Sebastian wouldn’t be big on eating seafood. 😂

Summer in florida ! For anyone not use to FL. Summers ! Always bring a umbrella, rain jacket or ponchos into the park. It almost all ways rains sometime during the day. Nice blog Nate. Thanks for sharing. 🙋💕🤓👍

I stayed at the Caribbean beach during my grad night 26 years ago but haven’t been back since. This restaurant gives me an excuse to go check it out. Another great video Nate.

Hi, another nice dinning vid. I like learning about the different foods, thanks. I'm making notes for our next vacation. Sebastian foods look delicious and I would definitely like to try the meats and the bread pudding, looked amazing. I always wondered what people did when the Skyliner was closed due to weather, I new the resort would have a bus station, but now we know they have a bus station at the Skyliner, that is definitely good to know. Oh my you got soaked in the rain, but some how still kept your enthusiastic personality 👍😊. Wow it really came down, glad you got back home safely. Be Safe Take Care.

Memo to Nate, never wait for the skyliner/monorail/boat in the bad weather. Always grab a resort bus xxxx hopefully you would have not got so wet xxx

Love the review! Very helpful! I know all about that bus station outside the Skyliner at Caribbean Beach lol. I was there a couple days after the Skyliner first opened, and it was the day that it had the incident that night where the two empty gondolas hit each other at the turning station. So anyways earlier that day when we were coming back from Hollywood Studios or Epcot we were trying to get back to the pop century and that line was down, so they told us there would be a bus taking those to the pop century and art of animation because of the line being down. It was pretty much chaos and took so much longer than necessary because I don't think they were prepared for this to happen. They had to have multiple buses, but I think we all were sharing a bus too (like it wasn't divided by hotel), and I was so glad they went to pop century first because I was so tired after that lol.
