Not only does LSU have a target on their backs, as defending champions. But Auburn gets extra-motivated, because of Honesty Scott-Grayson's hatred towards Kim Mulkey. Mulkey led Baylor to the 2019 NCAA Championship and guess who was a freshman on that team? One Honesty Scott-Grayson. She came to Baylor as the #4 High School recuit in her class. Mulkey relied heavily on her experienced guards like Chloe Jackson, Juicy Landrum, DiDi Richards and Moon Ursin. Honesty got very few minutes off the bench during Big 12 play and the NCAA tournament and became frustrated. Then during the Summer of 2019, she was released from the team for violating team rules. She transferred to Auburn, but had to sit out the 2020 season. Then, of course, Mulley shows up at LSU. Unlike Alexis Morris who made up with Mulkey, Honesty took the Brittney Griner route. She refuses to even talk about Mulkey. And, if you noticed, she has that extra fire in her eyes for LSU. In two games against LSU this year, she averaged 24.5 ppg. In the 11 other SEC games, she averaged 20.2 (and that includes a 31-point effort against South Carolina). The difference is, she's the only one to show up against SC. When it comes to LSU, the whole Auburn team brings their A-Game.

LSU guards need to step up there defense if they want to repeat. Too much standing around and not moving their feet. The entire defense looks slow and their transition defense is trash. They will literally let a player get by to the hole without proper communication. A Starter stand point, Morrow be doing her thing though

@@TheGod711 I give her 1 f up. She been the most consistent out of all the starters. She needs to be there go to down the stretch bcuz Reese act like she can’t shoot, she needs a jumper against SC. That tall girl be blocking her shoots. SC Center will have trouble with Reese if she develops a mid rand jumper. However Morrow can shoot and post up.

@@HannahHannahBoBana she is, she the most diverse player they have, she can play outside, Rebound well and have post game. Reese only drive to the basket with no jump shot.

I'm looking at the match-ups in the backcourt. Poa and Van Lith aren't lock down defenders, you're dealing with some girls in Auburn that cam score the ball. When you play a team like that, if Angel, Flau'je, and Morrow don't have big games, they might take a L. Their defensive intensity will propel them moving forward. Sure, they have scores, but who is a top notch defender on the team?

Auburn could not stop LSU in the paint in i don't think they even was playing alot of zone, LSU had 40 points in the paint so they was eating in the paint but they had alot of Turnovers and i think they was playing zone on possessions that they really didn't need to.🏀

Auburn allowed to play dirty ball. literally kicked hvl in the face with no call. Fouling almost every time they defended no call. Refs were garbage.

The fact they gotta touch hands after a competitive match. Is just the stupidest thing I've ever seen. It shouldn't be part of a competitive game. That is not how competition is supposed to be once an enemy. Always an enemy until we're teammates

🤣 they didn't call back court on reese and mulky all on the floor🤦🏿‍♂️, kinda crap is that. Then some talking bout Auburn don't play with intensity everynight🤔, they don't play every night. If auburn had not missed all those free throws LSU would not have won plus auburn didn't have the same line up either and still had LSU panting🤷🏿‍♂️ And whenever Morrow swing her elbows that high like that on a rebound.....should be a call

If they played everyone with the intensity and energy they play LSU, they wouldn't be 16-10 or 5-8 in the SEC. They lack of effort in the Mississippi State game was ridiculous. If they don't play better in their last three SEC games and SEC tournament, they'll find themselves in the NIT tournament (instead of the NCAA).
