I bought a car on June 10th from cars 24 and car has some issues so went to maruti authorized service center their I got a estimate of 50k to clear the issue. So I raised a return request but they called me and said all the complaints will be solved thru repair. I got the car after repair on jun 28th , getting a message from cars 24 saying no issue found on the car so service not done.. Again I raised a return request on 28th as I am not satisfied on services but till today they never took the car from me and no response from cars 24. So i tried to sell the car to same cars 24 they offers only 4.6laks . Which I bought the car from them for 5.8laks a 20days before .. And still I don't find any solution for my problem.

Price is heavy comparing to its year of manufacturing. They are charging 400000 to 3.5 laksh for 8 year old car. Second hand cars also not affordable for middle class

I bought a maruti car from CARS24 ON MAY 2023 and now I went to Maruti for general service and technician told that the Silencer is rust and have to spend 2000/-₹ to paint, CARS24 said it's not covered under warranty. They didn't inform me about this while purchase Please be careful while purchasing

Be aware of CARS24. I am an Advocate, my senior Advocate sold his car at CARS 24. CARS24 sold that car to a 3rd party without name transfer in RC book as legally. After that the car met an accident by the subsequent purchaser. MCOP case filed against my senior and we face the case. So don't promote this type of companies.

Car manufacturers are not able to sale there new cars due to the gst and at the same time they see good raise in second hand cars sales so the marudhi, mahendra, spinny ,toyota have entered into the second hand market which increased the unreasonable price of 1.5 laks from its actual rate
