Honestly, I loved this movie. The only thing that was disconcerting to me was the ambiguity to whether this was canon to the DCAU or not. I mean, is it a spiritual successor like Batman and Harley Quinn because they use the same animation and voice actors or is it actual canon? Because characters like Bloodsport and Miss Martian weren't in the show at all. Plus, they mentioned Guy Gardner and Simon Baz as Green Lanterns including Jessica Cruz, but they didn't show the future green Lantern from Batman Beyond. And, the Legion has been seen in more than one DCAU show, but when inside Starboy's mind, they're introduced to them for the first time and learn about them. And Two-Face, though with three personalities in Batman TAS and never seen again is back to his two-sided self. It just seems more spiritual successor to me, like a prequel to Batman and Harley Quinn, seeing as how she and Ivy are still in Arkham in the beginning.

Yeah, Justice League vs. the Fatal Five was a good film, but a couple of things make me doubt its continuity with the DCAU, despite what Bruce Timm would say: - Superman mentions that Hawkgirl's on Thanagar. The problems with that are 1) there _is_ no more Thanagar, and 2) Shayera Hol stopped going by the name "Hawkgirl" and her people hate her due to what happened during Starcrossed. - Why wasn't the League familiar with the Fatal Five? They should have pretty detailed info about them from John Stewart and Green Arrow from their and Supergirl's trip to their time. And speaking of ... - Finally, _where_ was Supergirl?! In JLU, she decided to stay in the Legion's time, and yet she's nowhere to be seen in this film. Unless she's dead, there's absolutely _no_ reason for her not to show at some point in the story.

@@ericmiller1987 I missed something in your OP: _characters like _*_Mr. Terrific_*_ and Miss_ _Martian_ Um ... Terrific was in JLU. He took over monitoring the Watchtower after J'onn left the League. Also, continuity-wise, about the main thing that would make me question where Batman and Harley Quinn fits is the bar scene. Why are Ubu and Captain Clown chillin' at a random bar in the middle of nowhere? 🤔

@Deined you're right. I forgot about him because they used steel more than him in dcau. But still, Miss Martian shouldn't exist because Jonn Jonzz is the last green Martian. Plus, Captain Clown was an android that Batman destroyed and Ubu was always at Ra's al Ghul's side. I edited the beginning to Bloodsport.

Love JL/JLU/JLA. Why didn't Wonder Woman ever get a DCAU animated series of her own? It could have Wonder Woman/Diana's iconic characters, villains, backstory, how Themyscira came into existence, and other events. The series doesn't need to be canon to DCAU, Batman the animated series, JLA series. Could be just a spin off series to avoid continuity issues, reuse characters and so on. Susan Eisenberg and others can reprise their roles.

Sounds like to me they made another woman with no hero arc immediately be better than everyone else ever was and save the day. If only these pesky men would get out of the way. All it takes is one woman. A new woman with no experience. I hate the modern story telling.

I like the movie and like how they did starboy but the only problem i had with the movie that is the facts is like those stupid movies where they have one of the strongest good guys teams lose to new villains who are from the future or something like that let a girl with not much of a expensive of being a hero or anything like that beat them with ease which is bulls&it like seriously you have superman wonder woman batman and others heros lose to those wanna be true villains amd you let some girl with weak will beat them with ease this sound to me that the one who made the story was a fan of her or just like her so much they deicide to make her the mc which is again bull Carp to me because starboy is the true mc of the movie since most of it is bases around him not her and because of all of this the movie is not canon to me but the only way this movie can be canon to me is that in my headcanon superman was the one who beat the five because where he was in the ground with the other justice league members and starboy trying to get up but with luck and seeing how the earth is going to be destroyed superman has enough of this and push pass his limit get up and fly and punch the five space pod and one shot all of them and the rest of the story go the same

Not a great story. Wonder Woman should have fought Persuader. It needed the Flash, Black Canary, some of the lesser known heroes like Vixen. Dr Fate would have been a huge asset. Or Capt Marvel (Billy Batson). Lots of death in this cartoon. Anyone else get a little sad when they watch Validus fight?
