Secret Beaches in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca (Majorca), Spain

I found these secret beaches in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca (Majorca) and they are not where you would expect. In a resort that is most famous for its beautiful 1.3km long beach, I went in search to uncover some hidden coastal gems in the resort. In this Mallorca travel guide, I'll show you along just the East side of Santa Ponsa, and how to find these hidden beaches.
Plus I'll show you how to get there by bus, what is available in terms of services and where to eat nearby if you want to venture out of the resort centre for the day.
Finally, I'll show you the way to Santa Ponsa's most emblematic monument, the La Cruz del Descubrimiento, and what you can expect from the sea views.

Hey Tommy! It's so lovley around there, and quiet too, a world away from the resort. And I didn't know about the restaurants either until I had to grab a coffee (which was like petrol ! I almost flew around the rest of Santa Ponsa afterwards!

Thanks for showing us these delightful little beaches. It would be so easy to miss them without you showing us. I must visit them next time. I remember on my first trip to Peguera going to the ‘Secret Beach’ that you showed in a Peguera video. So good to know about these places! That paella restaurant looked great too and the Menu Del Día I could polish off quite easily right now! Fab little video! Thanks Alex!

Hi Alex, I was out in Santa Ponsa 17th Oct to 23rd, the weather was amazing. Would have thought it was middle of the summer! We met you walking along the pathway from the Empatheia towards Globales Verdemar, it looked like you were filming so didn’t want to disturb you 😆 Have been looking out for the video appearing on here, but maybe didn’t make the cut. Lol Anyway thank you for your videos, our first time visiting was brilliant thanks to them ❤

Hi Alex, was this today, i was in puerto pollensa last week, 29 degrees most days and one day 32, ive come home as brown as i was july/august and was great because it was cooler at night.

It doesn't 😜 but majority of the resort hotels, and most restaurants, bars and tourism related activities do in resorts. Palma is still buzzing though!

@@MallorcaUnderTheSun morning Alex, we stayed at 3HB club humbria at olhos de agua. The hotel was nice but the area not so good,it suprised us because we did do our research alover social media etc and read only good things. It's deffo not our beloved mallorca and won't be trying anywhere else again and shall stick with what we know, hoping for cala dor and santa ponsa nxt year x

It was filmed last month! It’s been crazy here Glyn and now even in “winter” there still seems to be a lot of people here! I think we’ve forgotten what it’s like pre covid !
