Hello Mr. GK - thank you for doing these videos and sharing scientific concepts to the general public. I think a scientifically literate population will be better informed in making lifestyle choices and decisions. One feedback though - if you can share links for further reading on this topic at the end of your video, that would be useful. I'm not completely sold on all the ideas in this video, but further reading will help get me to that place. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing.

Sema sema ... Chance ah illa ... I recently started watching your videos. All are very informative. Keep it up. All the very best ! 19 = 1 + 9 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1 Similarly 29 = 2 39 = 3 and so on ... Like wise 199 = 1 299 = 2 and so on So we can ignore 9 while adding the digits.
