The name of it is "bokem prime" and it can be found in sandbox mode but only on one condition. I found it in siege mode and regular endless mode and hardmode siege.

It’s called broken, prime I am pretty sure it is the second fastest box in the game whenever it spawns it can one shot and explodes on death

It doesn't appear in siege mode all the time besides, it only spawn when regular boxes can spawn and you can spam regular boxes in sandbox and it has 1 in a million chance to spawn
