I just found your garden videos,oh my I love how you talk and educate us on all your variety of plants. I'm in colorado and don't have moles my problem was grasshoppers. I will keep watching and learning.thank you so much

I lived in Idaho briefly about 10 years ago and the grasshoppers were so bad they chewed up our window screens! I feel for you, that is a tough one.

Ugh, I don't know what is worse. We have had a fox hanging around and I was hoping he was eating all the gophers. But back to raised beds!

Oh my goodness.naughty fox.thankfully I haven't spotted one up my way in sometime. Used to be passing through every night..my daughter had a mum hen and chick's taken.very sad that was in the spring time 😊

I love your secret cottage garden. Have you ever grown comfry? I grew it in a container to his summer and I know it's benefits are amazing but not sure I want to plant it in the ground, I have read where the roots grow very deep.

I have yet to try it, I also have heard it makes excellent but stinky liquid fertilizer.

What a lovely secret garden..men i I wanted to have one but i feel like my area is so open and my husband do like his grass and when i palnted taller flowers he gets mad.he eben dont like my mamoth sunflowers😅

I slowly am creating a haven back here. The lattice helps but my dream would be a stone wall, like in British gardens. I love the look of the stone backdrop but I know getting something like that built is not even remotely possible. My one sunflower that bloomed is not very impressive and looks rather sad but this has been a very cool summer and maybe it would look better if it was warmer at night. I leave it thinking the birds will enjoy the seeds later on. I am so glad you stopped in.
