Yeah, the problem is they all count as entities. So not only is their shading not able to match with actual blocks, but after a certain distance away from them, they become invisible just like chests and item frames and such. So others can see the entrance to your base either way.

that‘s one thing that bothers me the most for all the add ons… in java all mods add actual blocks for like these kinda things, furniture &&& but on bedrock it‘s just crappy entities… i can‘t wrap my head around why this is

@CompressLuft I hear it has something to do with how each game is coded differently. Though it doesn't make much sense to me either. I don't understand why each version has to be made so different from each other. But of course, I'm not a coder or game maker. So, I have no idea how any of it works 😅

I love how the thumbnail has an extremely obvious secret base with the obsidian door over the dirt. Almost represents the entire add on.

The developers of this add-on is too lazy it should be count as block and have a code that only the owner can open it . redstone doors are better 😅

They can't fix it cause it's an entity and not a block, which entities have different lighting then blocks

just do your secret doors manually "learn your way around redstone" cause until someone comes up with an actual good addon for secret doors cause most of the time you'll want to make a secret base in a area that is mountainy

3:55 Well, with all respect, i say most of player dont get small details like this! Some addons or content in game some times people let behind because they dont look small diferences 😂! Ofcourse if is in a sort of minigame when people know about the addon its more simple know what is fake or not, but another point is hide, you can contrast with ganes blocks to people dont look to the color diference, like stairs in side or other thinghs.😅

I love how the "secret doors" don't light correctly like actual blocks so they arent secret and you can see them you better off making retextured doors or something btw why are you making people like these most are just stolen java mods with a price tag you have fallen off

It's for bedrock obviously java mod versions are on it idk why ur acting like ur the only person to know this. If u want a secret door then have 2 blocks and break them to enter a base lot secreter than redstone. He said he would make a video on all bedrock add ons and he's doing it. He's not making anyone buy it he's reviewed it and said the good and bad. parts idk why u said he fell when he did nothing bad he's being honest Also didn't u see the last part of the video he said its the one he criticised most and should be free if not 100 at least.
