Pallets, along with 100 year old skirting boards and floor boards all went into this bookcase, and I added a secret drawer to it just for fun.

If it is stained with stain, and connected classically on dowels or lamellas, then walk with oil or varnish - it will be great, BUT 2 or 3 times longer in time. You have all the equipment, you are a master !!!

When a channel like this makes you smile throughout the video, that's got to be saying something about the quality of work that's gone into building such an amazing piece of furniture. @Projekt Kobra It never went over my head. I just wonder why you make such a stupid statement. Why an adult would ask such a stupid question. If you have seen another wonderful hidden drawer then please share. If not, then you take what Josh's statement says. He thinks it's the best-hidden drawer he has seen on KZfaq. Maybe you have seen something different on KZfaq (Then share) or you have seen a brilliant hidden drawer in another piece of furniture. But if you have, just make sure it is the same piece of furniture and you show where you would hide it and how you did it. Is that over your head or would you like me to explain it again?

That secret drawer is genius! makes me think of those old writing desks that have hidden spaces all over. I would have LOVED this as a child, knowing you have place to hide away things - my inner child is doing a tap and dance here. ;O) Great video as always - thanks so very much for sharing!

I watch these after making a bench for the end of my bed that I was extremely proud of. Then I see what hes done with pallet wood and I realized I have so much to learn. One day, I will be as good as the Yoda who makes these videos. Your attention to detail is incredible. Well done, sir. Well done.

What is really good is that UpCycling doesn't use fancy tools and a huge workshop to get amazing stuff made. Even the router table is home made with recycled bits and pieces.
