Rat trap bond is good or not ?! Will it have any air crack or water seepage due to void in between n?!

Irrespective of type of bond , Method Statement which defines how a particular work is to be executed should be known. Only than seepage and hair cracks can be avoided. rat trap bond reduces material consumption and give insulation from thermal conductivity. It is not recommended for load bearing walls.
