I only became a fan recently. Damn, TB was such a cool dude. i totally see why there was a massive outpouring of love for him after his death.

also the one and only true unbowed gaming critic in the industry. He was incorruptible when so many have taken the money. There's been no real replacement on that front. Angryjoe and Jim Sterling keep trooping on, but TB was special. Watch the WTF is... and hopefully you'll see what I mean. He truly valued videogames as high or higher than other art forms like cinema, music, literature. Jim is a great critique of business practises, Joe yells at the corporate behemoths but Tb could deconstruct like no other. And also he was a great, compassionate, highly ethical man and consumer advocate. He died way too soon.

TB dropped the ball trusting Jesse too, but certainly not as hard as Genna. The most disappointing thing about that game is that I didn't hear an explanation of what was going on in her head. I feel like it's a key question of human nature and if you can understand why Genna did what she did, you could explain all human behavior throughout history. 4vs1 to a loss, ffs.

Dont understand either how TB and Cry didnt suspect Nika in the last game. She literally smugly goes "who wants to flip the policy" after they hung parliament. THEN he goes back to truating Jesse when jesse OBVIOUSLY wanted to vote against TB and Cry to keep them from winning after they passed 4th Lib. Wow. Anyways, i love these videos.

A brief rant/rebuttal on eggplants. Aubergine is a French word derived from the Sanskrit but in all translations carries the literal meaning of eggplant. It was so named because the original uncultivated form didn't have that rich purple colouring so strongly associated with eggplants today. It's colour was a pale egg-shell white hence the descriptive name. Incidentally Canadians, Australians, and New Zealanders use this nomenclature as well. The assertion that it is dumbed down for American cultural is insulting and a completely false narrative.

Nika is a super weird player. She was also not good at defending herself game 1, I thought she was a fascist 100% edit: 1:24:07 is so funny. TB miscounted the cards and still turns it into a killer line EDIT: 31:33 Dan literally calling it. He’s really smart

that last game was played poorily at the end. I think the liberals would have won, as the multiple hung governments would have flipped top cards, and the Last liberal card was like the second one on the deck.

I like how Jenna is the worst liberal. In nearly every game she's a liberal, she always thinks really dumb things like what she did here, denying TB, after being a Chancellor dropping the 4th Lib. She just makes me mad when she plays so terribly.

Watching these videos again, yes i know its long after and ive already commented and WHATEVER...I love how genna indignantly goes "what does the book say about this, Dan?" After the fascists win, Like Nerd was the one who became suspicious of TB after playing 4th liberal card. So stupid. Also "I only lost one game today" and neglects to mention her role in losing that game for the Liberals, basically single-handedly.

People can get annoyed at Jenna for that final game but TB and Cry weren't exactly geniuses when they continued to accuse nerdcubed even after he attempted to vote them in twice when the final liberal card needed to be played. If Dan was a fascist as they were asserting, no way he would risk TB and Cry getting power by voting yes. He would only vote yes there if he was a liberal.
