7 ай бұрынSecret Life is an odd mix of a Social and PvP Minecraft game started by Grian. Players are thrown into a tiny world with almost no rules, except survive as long as possible.
In Secret Life, players are given a random secret task to complete before the episode is over which rewards up to 10 hearts or bonus items. Easy Tasks can be rerolled once into a Hard Task which rewards up to 20 hearts or bonus items, but carries the penalty risk of losing 10 hearts if you fail it. If someone guesses your secret, it is no longer a secret, and you fail the secret task.
3 Lives = Green Player
2 Lives = Yellow Player
1 Life = Red Player
Red Players are given the goal of killing all the other players in the game.

hello, this is a formal complaint. the majority of your latest episodes have been over 1 hour long and some nearly 3 hours. this video, while great (thanks to bdubs constant presence) was only 27 minutes long. now my routine is ruined and the only thing breaking the silence in my room is the hum of the computer fan. longer episodes and more bdubs or we riot! right guys!!?

I think part of it is that so many hermits and youtubers absolutely worship Etho, while Joel's energy is that he just treats him like anyone else. Etho's always super humble (which is why he always joins in on the "washed up" jokes too) but I reckon he just vibes with Joel treating him like a normal person, y'know?

The funny part is that he actually started doing what Martyn said to, unintentionally. -Claiming to have invented "A-ha!" -Claiming that _he_ built the Crastle with Cleo and Bdubs was the one to send a missile at it Problem was, he convinced no one and he only made two false claims (unless I'm missing one, I remember there was more past-seasons references in other POVs that were cut out of this one). Glad to see Ma-ha-rtyn gave him a pass though, because what we ended up with was hilarious.

I think it was really endearing that you misunderstood the task - I know when I'm pressured or overwhelmed, I also tend to mishear even basic things, haha! I wouldn't stress over it - we're only human! Also, Bdubs barking like a rabid dog when he saw Solidarity getting close to you was probably one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life, LOL. Task ideas: 1) Get another player to continuously ride in a vehicle with you for at least 20 minutes 2) Convince another player to blow up something built in a previous episode 3) Build an ice sculpture and get at least three compliments on it 4) Get someone to correctly guess your task

We've all been saying that this season is just post-Limited Life. Scar's struggling on his own, while Bdubs is also struggling but keeps returning.

oh etho, i felt sorry for you at the start, but your misunderstanding made for some very funny moments 😂 i think you completed the task pretty well though, but i also wouldn't be surprised if there's a reroll for a harder task coming your way next session haha love you, great video as always

oh my god first the immediate "so this is my task" getting it wrong as soon as Martyn leaves... then the awkward slightly wrong "a-ha!" bits oh my god I'm dying. genuinely I think the fact that you don't have a British accent is making it harder also BDubs walking up, saying nothing, barking, and Jimmy just jumps right in no questions asked cracked me up so good it was explained so many times and poor Etho you just didn't get it 😭

Task suggestion: when other players lose hearts, appologize. Do this 3 times without getting called out, if you get called out, you have to restart.

I like how your task and Martyn's task could have spectacularly backfired on each other if you had understood him correctly. Because I think he thought you were asking for a fake task to use to throw the rest of the yellows off and gave you one for the purpose of having a yellow guess it incorrectly later, which would have failed you and him have to try again.
