I completely understand. This is for Ramya and Swathy :) Firstly do not take the pressure of planning/ executing. Mind wandering is natural and it is for everyone. But having said that, you must first know what you want in life. What is your ultimate goal and for that to be reached what is your nearest short term goal. Break into small actionable items. Focus on your strengths and with belief - take one day at a time, slowly and steadily. On days when you cannot be productive, just be kind with yourself. As the quote says: Reset. Restart. Refocus :)
