you can use any paper from 180 gsm to 310 gsm

I am so confused. At the 5:01 mark when you place the foam dots. It looks like it goes outside of the scored line of what will be the front flaps. If that is the case how does it close. Could you please slow down your videos and speak on some parts or use a paper other than black so it is more visible or bring the camera closer?

Are the measurements written in inches anywhere?

No I don't know how to calculate or write in inches. But you can use google converter to convert cm into inch
