One of the most challenging broadcasts at L'Etacq on the North West coast of Jersey at the end of August 2020.
Firstly the internet kept dropping from the first location... from my scouting mission the night before I knew that just up the road 50m was a bit better... luckily a quick test and it seemd to still be ok. Moved all the kit and started a bit late but better late than never!!!
Then the rain started, needed to borrow an umbrella (thank you 🙏🙏🙏) - which meant working one-handed... I thought if Black Coffee can do it, I'll give it a good go... decided to drop a BC remix in his honor 👊
Then the high tide nearly came and ended it early... meters away from us... we could feel the spray!!! Definitely needed the new SOUNDBOKS to drown out the wind & waves!!!
Finally... it was our old foe the Facebook algorithm police who shut us down just a minute before we were scheduled to end... can't be too upset with that!
