the guys who seriously track their cars usually turn everything off some even go as far as taking the abs/traction fuse out because the system will still sometimes intervene in a couple of rare instances

There is so many hidden things in mustang, like you can have digital speedometer/water temp/oil pressure and many more in real time if you go into engineering mode, and you can can completely shut off traction, sports mode, snow mode and ON, there is hidden small compartment in the glove box for your small car documents, also there is in case you get in accident your mustang will automatically dial 911 but be connected to phone

Is it normal for this button to go bad? Trac and hazard buttons are intermittently working.

It's so secret that they only list it in the owners manual! Trust me kids read it you will learn something. The car has a lot of "secret" features in there. You will find things like the ability to set up one key like a valet key. You can limit the top speed and the ability to shut off TC and even limit how loud the radio is when that key is being used.

Alright so 2012 3.7 V6 mustang owner and uh the sport mode ain’t working with the double tap and brake peddle everything else I knew about but the sport advance trac is a new one but can’t get it to go

I bought a 2011 V6 Auto 273 gears MCA premium with the Electronics Package and found out if you use 91 octane for 3 full tanks the engine wakes up and the computer adjusts the trans shift points and with mountain assist turned on the transmission sports shifts are amazing! Take your foot off the accelerator and it hold the gear! While slowing the car down with the brake and it downshifts on point to keep the revs up! Sooo fun to let the car do all the work! The only other mod was I added yellow Koni adjustables (I keep them on the lightest adjustment) and with just those two mods the base V6 became a GTS (S is for Sleeper)! Smiles per mile sky rocketed!

I have a 2013 v6 premium and i tried this and it just turned my regular advance trac on and off. Didnt turn on advancetrac sport mode. Is this feature on every model or is it limited to certain models/packages? Held brake and doubled tapped the button. Didnt work

Hey does anyone know how I activate the sport mode or if I have one? I have a 2012 v6 mustang 2d coupe premium but I press the tcr twice while holding break but nothing. I've done it quick, I've done it slow, normal and nothing. Does that mean mines may not have one? Manual said it could be installed or not, if not ima have to try and get one for mines

Any idea why my 2010 gt 4.6 spins the tires just as bad with traction control on vs off? I understand the car has tons of mods and all but still I would think traction control could help me a little bit through the quarter. I get nothing but fishtailing all the way down with it on or off.

I found this out a few weeks after i bought my black/red stripe 2011 550 hp GT500 cpe the steering changes gets way tighter car feels more planted like a race car sport mode is killer my shelby is everything i ever wanted in a in a muscle machine it is pure evil
