Hi Swapna garu 👋 Meeru video loo cheppina points anni kottagaa anipinchaayi. Meeru author tho matlaadadam, I to feel so happy for that. Yes this video is so useful, we need another video's about this topic. I feel self care, self love...is not selfish, it's essential. If we don't have time for self care then who have ? Is my way of thinking.
