I seriously wish I understood your question, I like answering questions.. Kindly tell me what u mean by Halal... Otherwise we have Chicken and Meal in Fast food Restaurants in Plenty... Every corner in Kampala has atleast a fast food Restaurant and chicken is the Main dish everywhere because Ugandan Girls love Chicken...Why do u think Ugandan girls look so Yummy... Its the Chicken
