Demolition of a bath is a lot of work, but with the right tips and tricks it can be done quickly and efficiently. The order and manner in which you remove things can make all the difference. In a typical bath remodel I'll remove almost everything, including the toilet, vanity, shower walls, soffit, bathtub or shower pan, the valves, and the tile flooring. If the drywall is in good shape I'll leave that be. Watch as I complete a demo on this bath in a condo, and see what might work for you too.
