in your AU are Mike and Abby related to William? If so, then Mike's aunt Jane must be William's sister.

Yes. Mike and Abby in her AU are Aftons. Michael Afton is Mike Schimidt, Abby's name is Abigail ,,Abby" Afton-Miller and she is not Elizabeth in Clumsy Lemon's AU. Abby is the 5th Afton child and the youngest of them (if you can see, it's in the picture of the end with Garrett Afton-Miller, Chuck Afton-Miller (Crying Child) and Abigail Afton-Miller/Schimidt)

Yes, since Crying Child doesn't has a canonical name, people name him whatever they want. So, in Clumsy Lemon's AU, Crying Child's name is Chuck Afton-Miller.
