Norah is a great example of what happens when you invest in your staff, and allow them grow. So many employers see their employees as a resource to extract as much production and profibility for the least cost. When you invest in your staff, treat them as people, and pay them well, great things are possible.

Dude, Norah is freaking awesome being able to scale from a garage corner to thousands and thousands of square feet and do it in a way that makes yall industry known. I think if yall want to do interviews with employees who are willing to be interviewed like this would be super cool and it would develop a strong customer/company relationship.

My favorite part was towards the end when Norah mentioned how Trex Arms believed in her, supported her, and allowed her to grow. That speaks to the values of the company, which permeates through everything you all do.

See this is the awesome part about company values. T.Rex saying they track serial numbers of plates and who they go to doesn't bother me, because their not an a soulless ambiguous company. I trust them and I trust that they are adequately protecting that information and that it is literally ONLY for the purpose of a recall. If it was a soulless empty company, or one that just simply didn't let us all know more about their values besides "guns are cool", i'd be wary of that statement. Thank you guys and thank you Norah!

This was a great video. I ordered like $800 worth of range equipment, targets, stands, sticks for the stands, sticker gun, etc. and I ordered it late night. If I remember right, if it didn't ship the very next day it was like 8AM the day after. Y'all's shipping and warehouse staff are real pros. Seeing how the sausage is made and the heroes behind it was a real treat.

Being the shipping/receiving guy for 2 different companies for 18.5 years I have the utmost respect for Norah. Funny I just looked at your jobs listing today. I would apply, to bad I'm 69 years old. However I still do a 40 hour work week as THE shipping/receiving dept.

I like her. Confident, speaks well and that space is her kingdom. My hunch is ain't nothing going on in there she's not aware of. She also continually spoke about growth and appears to have the mindset of being prepared for future state.

I do like videos such as this. It sounds like it's almost time for a 2nd shift. Also, the night vision equipment. That's how we sign out our scheduled medications in the trucks (morphine, fentanyl, ketamine), and it works well for accountability

This isn't the standard gun video. But very interesting to watch. I grew up in a family retail, boat business. Seeing a small business succede and expand is awesome. Especially in this unstable economy and market! As a young guy in the family business, I was tasked with many Parts Pickups. So, I got to enjoy many days inside warehouses and offices. But never reallized how much effort went into their parts recieving, organization, packaging, quality controll, and shipping! Its crazy whats going on behind the sceens! 🤯 Norah seems to have a grip on everything, and still looks calm and very attractive! 😀 I would appear to be a frazzled old wreck! 🙉
