Hi! So sorry for getting back to you so late. Are you at the resort? My guess is that they won't allow to swim beyond the rope unless you are in the kayak. Have you already tried it? How are you liking the resort?

@@PoolsideTravels as long as you stay out of the boat lane you can snorkel right out. There is a reef within snorkel distance, but would advise that for the first time people go with the guide. Its free at every 9 & 10am.

Hi! Overall I liked the room it was good size, no mold, clean, nothing spectacular but overall good. Rooms are around 50 square meters/ 540 square feet, I'd say it's pretty standard size. I thought that the food was also OK, again, nothing special, but it was OK. If enjoying amazing food while you're on vacation is a must, then maybe this hotel is not for you. But if the food is not the main focus I'd say this is a pretty good hotel, also if the room is dirty or has mold I'm sure that if you went to front desk and explained the situation they would change your room right away, the staff was great here. Hope this helps!

I stayed here for my honeymoon in March 2022 and the place is beautiful view, beach and poolside but the food is not the best, is average kind of like school cafeteria food. The hotel room is overpriced in my opinion, is not as big and housekeeping doesn’t come everyday unless you request it. Room service food can ran out so 24 hrs doesn’t mean they always have what is in the menu. However the people working here are nice

Thank you for watching! :) We did Bamboo river rafting it was a half day excurison and not far from the hotel, we loved it. You learn so much from your guide about the local life and flora and fauna and you get a limestone foot massage and after that Banana Man taught everyone about the flora of Jamaica and then taught us how to make pina colada and served us lunch. Totally recommend this! I also red great reviews about Blue Hole and Secret Falls; Luminous Lagoon; Appleton rum factory. Though Jamaica is also known for horseback riding excursions, I red some very negative reviews so I don't think it is worth it. Also, outside the hotel there is a Hard Rock cafe, but it was super loud and with no people there...

Hi! The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch, but during evenings there were just restaurants, no buffet. I just checked Tripadvisor reviews looks like nothing is changed and there is still no dinner buffet.

@@fiorelaoyeleke9511 No, worries it is definitely possible to upgrade when you arrive. Unless the hotel is fully booked...but the hotel is quite big so it should have preferred club rooms available.

Hi! Woah, a lot of negative energy here. Though I understand your frustration, there is just no other way to get a chair if you don't reserve it, because everyone does it. If I would do as you suggest then every morning for me would start with a fight with a random vacationer whose towel I would move and that is just not the way I would like to start my day. Also, I am not one of those who reserves the chair for the whole day and spends in it just and hour or so, that is just plain disrespect to other guests. Anyways, have a great day! :)
