Secrets, Surprises, and a Successful Angular 17

The Angular team announced their new website where the future (starting at v17) of Angular docs and tutorials will live along with the updated Angular brand. They also talked one of the most powerful features of v17, deferred loading with the in-template control flow. Some really powerful stuff announced in the version! angular.dev/ 👀 👀 👀 👀 👀 👀
Thew new site (angular.dev) includes these amazing features:
- New content structure with beginners first in mind
- Digging deeper into in depth guides for advanced developers
- The Angular v17 docs on angular.io also teach standalone first, however, angular.dev is simplified and revised for a cleaner standalone onboarding guide
- All guides have been cleaned up and/or re-written entirely
- CLI is really clear now for what it owns
- A lot of new performance focused guides
- Re-structured api reference
- Re-visited roadmap
- Improved search greatly
- Largest feature: built-in tutorials for bite-sized learning angular steps side-by-side code
- Disambiguated tutorials from guides and references
- Tutorials are a powerful place where you can learn specific parts of Angular in an isolated place. For example, you can walk through inject-based dependency injection, control flow, and optimized images with the new image directive by running a live Angular mini-app all within the Angular docs. (These mini-apps are running in a web container with esbuild using the vite dev server, seriously cutting edge stuff.)
- Tutorials uses new Vite dev server under the hood and built inside web containers for blazing speed 🐇

Angular team, thank you for the new version, but since I'm a newbie, I'd like to ask you one question - do I have to unsubscribe from http client? I'm a newbie. I read some articles that Angular does it automatically, and other articles say it doesn't, so I'd like to have an answer from the angular team! Thanks a lot in advance!

It's safer to unsubscribe because if you navigate away the HTTP request can be canceled and not do weird things after its component is already gone. It's easiest to use toSignal though, so you don't have to worry about subscribing or unsubscribing at all.
