Dark elixir has never been a problem for me, the only thing is that while you're upgrading your heroes you'll have a disadvantage in wars.

Sniping was the best tip. For me it’s hard to keep my trophy level down so when I want to drop I do it by sniping DE and ending the attack. I’ve even gotten a 55% 1 star at TH13 with only heroes getting like 6k DE but also several hundred thousand gold and elixir as well. It was going so nicely I didn’t have the heart to stop them.

You can’t get DE until TH7 when you can get your king and technically you’ll be upgrading the king to level 1 so it’s still correct 😁

Pushing your trophies to titan league will help you farm massively with at least 500k gold and elixir + 5k DE per raid from the base alone. If max league bonus were added, let's say 320k gold and elixir and 2.2k DE per raid, then you will get at least 820k gold and elixir + 7.2k DE per raid in total. As you push your trophies in higher league for example Titan, based on my experience (th10 in titan 1) almost every base i encounter will have all their storages full (sometimes even their collectors and will increase the loot to more than 1 mil gold and elixir + 8k DE per raid without league bonus added). The problems if you're th10 or lower at titan are: 1. 90% base you find is either th 11, 12 and 13. Rarely a th 10 or lower 2. 5-10 seconds waiting time for each base to show up everytime you hit next, and 3. Whether the base has high trophy reward and worth attacking or you're not sure you can win a star so you didn't attack because your target is 2 TH level higher than you (I'm assuming you're not a th13 or 12). Lastly, the star bonus in titan 1 is 850k gold and elixir + 4.2k DE

@@xxjcash456xx4 yes! Th11 can definitely compete in titan with no problem (I'm assuming you don't rush your base and your troops). Also trophy push will make you an excellent attacker. Me for example, i can always 2 stars maxed th11 with no problem and even 1 or 2 stars a th12 if the base allows me to do so

Personally I farm with dragons since it’s all elixer it’s relatively easy and if you want you have a choice to go for the center if the base and take out storages or to go for the collectors. It also gets a 1-2 star consistently so you can farm without losing rating

Judo, your videos are great! As a new player to COC, it would be great if you could highlight your army composition since during your attack it is difficult to see how many of each troop. At the end of some videos, the troop composition is covered up by a linked video. I appreciate all your video tutorials- they are a big help.

Th10 here. I really enjoy using zap drag to farm. It’s not as time efficient but it gets you 1-2 stars and guarantees you get all the loot so it doesn’t matter too much. Can even 3 a lot of bases if you have your heroes and best of yet, it doesn’t cost any DE!

I mean if you're active every day and your queen doesn't take 150k+ DE you should be able to farm it back up to upgrade her again before the upgrade gets finished (that's if you're active though). I'm a TH9 and was upgrading my queen up to lvl 22 and I got 75k DE in 2 days so I could upgrade her to lvl 23 when she finished.

Rush to th11, get electro dragon and super goblins you will quickly max it, then upgrade to th12 when everything's maxed, trust me it's 100x more efficient than maxing your buildings and heroes in th10 with your puny dragons.

If you have an army comp. that you're really good with, another option is to simply use it, but modify it in accordance to the type of resources you're going for. So, if your army comp. is heavy on dark elixir, substitute out spells/troops that use dark elixir for regular elixir. Maybe not always possible, but I've found learning the mechanics of an entirely different army comp. to be less effective vs making minor mods to my goto army comp, just my .02.

In terms of upgrading the heroes, I would recomend to have the queen 5 levels ahead the king. For example, you are a new th10, then you upgrade the queen from 30 to 35, after that, the king from 30 to 35 and so on

I have a bright idea, upgrade heroes at specific intervals, I use Wednesday and Sunday to upgrade my troops and the rest days I start to collect resources for this purpose.

For me (I'm currently TH11) I feel the sneaky goblins are the best. With 5 jump spells and 1 haste. I steal every storage and collectors no matter where they're at. And I like the sneaky goblins because you can decide to get the town hall or not to control your trophies.

The Dark Elixir is not a big deal to me actually! But the idea of not being able to use my heroes in wars whilst upgrading! Especially for my beloved Queen 😭💔

Exactly, players use troops, spells, and seigh machines when their upgrading in the labrartory. So players should be able to use heros while their upgrading their heros. And players need their heros while their playing Clan War or Clan War Leagues.

When my raid is training, i like to use just my queen and her ability on high level full dark elixir drills. can often get 1.2-2.5k on just collectors per raid with 0 queen health lost.
