Courts should carefully consider the time period that is wasted for both and grant them divorce within few years, so that both can start new life. No point in wasting 15-16 years of anyone's lives for no reason.

मेडम शादी माता पिता करे तलाक कोर्ट दे कितनी अजीब बात है अब यह कैस 99 मे हुवा बेचार 2013 मे कोर्ट जा रहे है सिर्फ आप एक आपराध कर रहे है माता पिता को बैठ के इस विषय पर तैयार होना चाहे एक दिन या एक सप्ताह। या तीन महीने के अंदर ही सुलझा दिया जाए तो बहुत अच्छा रहे गा मय लार्ड शादी की उम्र प्लस 18 वर्ष लगभग 36 वर्ष तो हो गये जब हम न्यूनतम समय देख रहे अब आगर 25 प्लस 18 कितने हो गये 43

Martin Luther King Jr . said that ,"justice too long delayed is justice denied".What is the point of getting divorce after so much long time. Courts should issue divorce to the parties as early as possible or within couple of years after filing divorce. Divorce cases should tried in fast track family courts and time limit should be fixed to give the divorce decree.

धन्य है भारत भूमि बहुत तो ऐसे। माता पिता पैदा हो गये बेटी की शादी कर देंगे फिर बेटी बोले गी मै ससुराल नहीं जाऊगा अब क्या अब तो वो निकम्मे माता पिता आमिर हो गये जज साहब और पार्लियमेंट मे बैठे हुए जरा सोचो सादी बाप ने की जा लड़की नहीं रही लड़के वाले से धन वसुला जाएगा तलाक। भी लड़की ले खर्चा तलाक शुदा पति दे क्या वो उसकी बेटी थी जो उसको खरचा दे मजदूर को उतने दिन मजदूरी दी जाती जितने दिन काम करता। साथी वो तब तक है जब तक साथ व्यपार का साझी दार तब तक मुनाफे को ले सकता है जब तक साथ मे व्यपार कर रहा अगर लड़का अपनी तरफ से तलाक दे रहा तब तो उसका दंड बनता है और वो बाप कितने इज्जत दार होते है जो अपनी बेटी को बेंचते घुमते है

@@aarshikumar9089 बेटे को तमीजसिखा कर रखेंगे तो नही होगी। कोई लड़की अपना सब कुछ छोड़ कर आती है। उसकी कद्र सम्मान नही कर सकते, तो खुद छोड़कर जाओ। वैसे भी सेवा बेटियां ही करती हैं। बेटे किस काम के? पराई से सेवा चाहिए तो इज्जत दो।

Bina stronge resion ke wife divorce de rahi hai to alimony nhi di jani chahiye. And agar wo alag rah rahi aur husband divorce chahta h tab bhi wo alimony kyu de agar wo bapis bula raha h to jo n agar big resion nhi h alag hone ka to.

If there isn’t any genuine reason for the separation between the wife and the husband, maintenance cannot be claimed.

Alimony is based on women staying with husband have job/earning or not, if she's housewife, without any reason she will get alimony anyhow because she was not doing job due to fulfilling household duties.
