Today my guest is Tom Cruz. Tom is a 33 year old real estate investor based in Wilmington, North Carolina. After graduating from UNC W. Still good content, and there were some funny parts. 30:00-32:30 it was like a 2+ minute question for a 20 second answer, host said he wanted to shift gears by giving us some insurance babble then asked a basic question about what the highest risk in real estate is. It was cringe, delightful and informative to hear the answer so I’m fine with it. Lol good content.
