acceptance is a paradox when we all experience challenging emotions, thoughts and pain in our body. trying my best thanks for your expressions

If I'm going to let the actions of this body and this mind define what I am, it would be better that my discipline not succeed and I give in to temptation, then at least I'll be stricken with shame and not pride, and it'll be easier to let go from there. From there I can discover the hoax that is my free will and remove the pathogen of "this whole mass of suffering."
