Primary is misspelled. Will the builder make interior structure changes (i.e. move walls, no tub but walk shower instead)? If not is there a similar floorplan with 3 bedrooms?

This builder does not. Typically the models you see are how they are going to look because they pull permits on the floor plan as is. There are a couple of 3 bedroom models that are similar.

Great question! It depends on the builder and what they’re offering. Typically the builders lender will offer deals like this. Are you keeping your home in San Diego?

But they start in the $340s however, they currently have some at a discounted rate. 1 is at $328,494 - 2nd one at $334,994 and then there’s a couple others.
